报告内容：In this talk I will introduce Hu-Ye's conjecture on the multiplicity of tensor eigenvalues, and the progress on this topic including our recent work.

报告人简介：范益政，安徽大学教授、博士生导师，教育部新世纪优秀人才，安徽省学术和技术带头人，中国数学会常务理事，安徽省数学会副理事长。主要研究方向为代数组合与代数图论，主持1项国家自然科学基金重点项目，完成4项国家自然科学基金项目等。在Tran. AMS, Proc. AMS, J Combin. Theory Ser A, J Algebra Combin.等期刊发表论文100余篇。
